A method that can be used to retain and recruit skilled technical staff is through Web - based employment sites, newspapers, recruitment agency and through applications.  In order for Energy Pro to retain and recruit skilled technical staff they need to show the appropriateness and combination of attractive salaries, enticing financial and other incentives, they need to have challeging and engaging projects, they should have a healthy and inviting atmosphere and a mixture of personalities.  The strategy must highlight the opportunities and benefits of their way of doing business.  The image of the company projects is an important consideration in the recruitment agency.  Energy Pro must ask themselves what kind of talent they hope to attract (technical skills) and to consider what kind of company image would it likely draw.  There are many features that an employee will try to identify and the image projects will greatly influence the type of technical that will be drawn to it.  It is important for Energy Pro to project an image that will give a company a competitive edge in the recruitment wars.  The demographic also plays a role in the companies recruitment and retention strategies.  The cv that is to be submitted must show pride in itself and the cv must be well done. Caring about the staff, members of the company as well as people, and treating each person as an individual with different priorities, needs, desires, and drives drive.  Salaries are also important only to the extent they that are within the normal ranges.  An issue is that the employee can leave the company and that the salary sometimes has no hold on the employee.  The important factor is to ensure that the slary as a company that you are paying to your employees is fair, a salary that includes benefits is also a way of retaining the employee.  Working conditions are also an impact on the employee with regards to that each member has different conditions and that the organisation’s posture regarding work hours and environment, educational opportunities, communication concerning projects run by the company as well as their employment forms concerning projects and their employment, the forms of supervision that are available and the professional collaboration of the opportunities that are given by the company.The flexibility of working hours is also a key point. The retention of skilled technical staff is asking the employee why they want to stay in the company.  The retention of skilled technical staff is also enhanced by not underestimating the scarcity of skills and trying to work on a way of working towards the acknowledgement of the technical skills.  Recruitment of the skills that are desired by a company must be done through a way that an company is aware that different skilled technical staff are aware of the job opportunity and that they want and are willing to work in the company.  The recruitment can be done by involving university students who are doing their final year or postgraduates that are currently unemployed in some cases also giving students good grades bursaries can also enhance the retainment of skilled technical staff.
